01 Overview
This Privacy Policy describes how Tubementor ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the 1% Club — Luxury Widget iOS application ("the App"), available on the Apple App Store.
Our privacy practice is simple: we do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. The App functions entirely on your device and has no backend, no user accounts, and no cloud synchronization.
By using the App you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use and uninstall the App.
02 Data We Collect
We collect no personal information whatsoever. The following data types are explicitly not collected:
- ✗ Name, email address, or any personal identifier
- ✗ Location or GPS data
- ✗ Device identifiers, IDFA, or advertising IDs
- ✗ IP address or network information
- ✗ Usage analytics, session data, or crash reports
- ✗ Financial account information of any kind
- ✗ Browsing history or behavioral data
- ✗ Contacts, photos, camera, or microphone data
03 Local Storage
The App stores the following information locally on your device only, using iOS UserDefaults (App Group shared container for widget functionality):
- ✓ The net worth amount you choose to enter
- ✓ Your selected widget color theme
- ✓ Whether an in-app purchase has been completed
This data exists solely on your device and is used only to display your widget and remember your preferences between sessions. It is never transmitted to any server, cloud service, or third party. You can permanently delete all App data by uninstalling the App from your device.
04 Third-Party Services
The App contains no third-party SDKs, analytics libraries, advertising networks, or tracking frameworks. We do not use services such as Firebase, Google Analytics, Facebook SDK, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Sentry, or any equivalent tool.
No data — personal or otherwise — is shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any third party under any circumstances.
05 In-App Purchases
The App offers a one-time in-app purchase to unlock premium widget themes. All payment processing is handled exclusively by Apple through the iOS App Store infrastructure. We do not receive, process, or store any payment card data, billing information, or transaction details.

06 GDPR / CCPA / COPPA Compliance
The App does not collect, process, or store any personal data as defined by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Because no personal data is processed, no GDPR obligations apply. Users in the EU/EEA have no data to access, correct, or delete, as none is held.
We do not sell, share, or disclose personal information of California residents as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). No personal information is collected, so there is nothing to sell, disclose, or opt out of.
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the App, please contact us immediately.
07 Children's Privacy
The App is intended for general audiences and is not specifically directed at children under 13 years of age. In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and equivalent international regulations, we do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Since the App collects no personal information from any user, this policy applies equally to all age groups.
08 Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, the updated policy will be published at this URL with a revised effective date. Significant changes may also be noted in the App Store release notes accompanying an app update.
Your continued use of the App after any changes to this policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
09 Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey.
